Acrylic 3D Nail Art FoodIn yesterday’s post, I mentioned that I entered Leslie’s Good Enough to Eat nail art contest! The photo above is my entry and I’ll show you the quick process of how I handmade these 3D food parts today!

I made all the parts with acrylics first, and then I added the detailed designs with acrylic paint. It’s pretty fun to see the before and after photos! I hope you enjoy!!

– 3D Food Nail Art Part 2 –

Acrylic 3D Nail Art Food Gummy BearsThese are for my pinkie and ring finger. From the left, a cup of latte, gummy bears and a croissant!

Acrylic 3D Nail Art PizzaThese are the pizza base with a slice already being cut, slices of salami and a slice of cucumber!

Acrylic 3D Nail Art Food ShrimpFor the sushi boat, I made a slice of lemon, a couple of leaves and a whole prawn. I used a paper cutter to create the ridges in the lemon and big leaf, and I used scissors to cut the smaller leaf. The prawn is my favourite 🙂

Acrylic 3D Nail Art Food SushiThese are the sushi tops and sashimi slices! To create the curves in sushi tops, I pressed them down onto a small pearl stone before they completely set. So that they’ll look more realistic!

Acrylic 3D Food Nail Art Part 2What do you think?? I hope they look yummy enough for you!

That’s it for today, and I’ll show you the assembling process tomorrow!!

Thank you!!
