Happy Lunar New Year!! It isn’t my custom to celebrate the lunar new years, but I thought it would be fun to do nail art for this special day! Thanks to Anastacia for this idea!! 🙂
For this Lunar New Year nail art, I used A Oui Bit Of Red from OPI as the base, and hand painted the designs with gold and white acrylic paint. The Chinese character on my thumb means “Dragon”, which is the zodiac sign for this year!
I tried to draw the dragon in a bit scratchy calligraphy kind of look, and I like how it turned out!
For lunch, I made sushi to celebrate with because I don’t have any Chinese food recipes, hehe.
Oh! Before I go, I’ll not be able to post tomorrow because it’s my birthdaaay!! Yaay!! So see you in a couple of days 😀
