Early this morning, when I was checking out people’s nail art designs on Instagram, I saw a super beautiful sunset design created by Tammy from @ohmygoshpolish.
She had the most amazing matte gradient sunset as the background, and some hand painted flocks of birds which to me looked just like one of my favourite birds – Black Cockatoos! I fell in LOVE with it instantly and I had to recreate it along with a Red Tailed Black Cockatoo inspired design 🙂
This is more like a step by step process rather than a tutorial, sorry! I normally take 1-2 full days to draft the nail art design, practice, paint the nails, take photos, create a tutorial and write a blog post… yeah, a lot of process, huh? Plus, I’m super slow at everything I just said as well, lol. So creating a design and writing a post in one day like today is a super rare thing for me!
What do you think?? I’m sure you already know Tammy (@ohmygoshpolish), but if you didn’t, you definitely should follow her on IG. She comes up with amazing designs and techniques multiple times A DAY (seriously, how does she do that? Is she a goddess or what??), and they all have tutorial videos too!!
Thank you for visiting!!
wow, just wow!!! so many details… Minnie, your talent is really incredible <3
why this page is always stealing my comments :/
i’m really amazed by your talent, you’re indeed an artist <3
Whaat?! Did that happen again?!! That’s really, REALLY frustrating! 🙁 I’m so sorry for the trouble… If you had a moment, could you tell me how it happens? Does the page road itself or disappear while you’re still writing comments?
By the way, THANK YOU ever soooo much for your super kind comments!!! They always make my day!! 😀 <3 xxxx
lol, i see that both my comments are out 😉
when i send it, i can’t see it, so sometimes i just write a new one 😉
Oh, I see! It must take a while for the comment to show up after submitting it. I’ll try to find if there is anything I can do to speed up the process! Thank you so much for coming back and telling me about this!!! 😀
That white looks gorgeous! What is the brand and name?:)
The white polish I used as the base is “Bright White” from piCtuce pOlish 😉
I don’t think I’ve said it yet, but your level of awesomeness freehand is insane! Your cockatoo is sooooo good! It’s so realistic I wanna pet its head! haha – love it, hun!
Awww!! That’s super sweet of you to say!! Thank you sooo very much for being always SO kind, Mina!!! <3 xxxx
