After some success with the mint green marbles on my St. Patrick’s nail art, I couldn’t help myself repeating the same technique with my favourite colours! Along with some DIY stamping decals to change it up a little bit.
The best thing about this plastic wrap marbling technique is it’s just so easy to do! And its awesome effect definitely directs people’s attention away from my novice stamping result.
Here is a step by step mini tutorial of how I made these Pink Marble Half Moon Nails!
The stamping plate I used is BM-712, from Bundle Monster Secret Garden Collection. There are so many cute designs on this plate and I wish I had a skill to be able to combine multiple designs!!
For my stamping decals, I used one of these resealable snack bags which are thicker than a piece of plastic wrap. It seems to help with transferring the design from the stamper, without making the designs look scratchy.
The slight orange hue in the pink marbles is coming from Peaches n’ Cream – a new addition to my stash! As you can guess from its yummy name, it’s a cute orange-y peach colour 🙂
Thank you for visiting!!
Great job, Minnie! I love how dainty and elegant this manicure looks – just stunning! Thank you also for the tutorial 🙂 Have a great day! xx
Aw Thank you so much Ithi!! That’s so sweet of you to say 😀 Thank you sweetheart!!!
Your stamping is nothing close to novice, dear! These are absolutely flawless!! And a real beauty! So, so elegant!
p.s. I also love saran wrap – so simple and yet such an awesome effect! 🙂
How kind of you to say that Mina!! My fail and success ratio is like 10:1 lol, so it’s really nice to hear good things about my stamping 😀 Yeah! Whoever came up with the wrap technique is a genius!!
